Outside Noham, the world is a mess of nuclear winter, and inside, it's a mess of dystopian chaos. Robyn and her merry band live as outcasts in 5HR-00D, an abandoned lab in the deepest, dankest part of Noham's underbelly, where they make trouble for those upstairs by undermining the establishment to bring hope to the hopeless.
